A beautiful collaboration between Jonquil Ceramics and LoveWell, bringing together handmade ceramics and the transformative work of a brilliant Bristol charity.
Each candle is housed in a unique, hand-thrown ceramic pot, made by me in my Somerset studio using my signature landscape glaze. The pots are then filled by the women working with LoveWell with luxurious soy wax and essential oil aromatherapy fragrance, creating a beautiful, rejuvinating candle to enjoy long after the flame has gone.
LoveWell supports women who have faced significant trauma through exploitation and trafficking. Through the manufacture and sale of luxury beaty products, they offer transformative employment training and skills development, to see the women in our community thrive.
So when you buy one, you're not just buying a handmade candle. You're supporting a woman on her journey and the continuation of this programme.
Once the candle has finished, the ceramic pot can be washed out and enjoyed as a beautiful pot or vessel in its own right.
